2017 N-Power Physical Verification Requirements: it is on record that the 2017 N-power applicants that will be shortlisted will have to undergo a physical verification exercise that will be used to finally placed candidates on the shortlisted list and arrange each for deployment and acceptance into the N-power programme.
How do you go about these important exercise as we heard from the N-power team, it is a vital part of the recruitment process. This article will guide you on the process to follow so as to have a successful exercise.
The awaited 2017 N-power list for new beneficiaries will soon be released. The list will contain more than the initial 300,000 candidates but during the physical verification exercise, they will be screen and prune down to the required approved number of candidates needed for the exercise.
All applicants that will be finally selected are advised to take this opportunity seriously by learning skills that will brighten their future and also serve their communities.
Physical Verification Requirements
For those who may not see their names on the list at the time when it will be release, please do not panic as there will be a waiting list which will absorb more applicants in subsequent phases.
The second batch list will be taken from application submitted during the 2017 online registration time from June 13- July 31st 2017. The names of selected applicants that will be finally involved will be taken as;
In each of the phases where the list will be release more than 300,000 names of pre-selected applicants will be released and ask to go for the physical verification exercise where they will present their documents, credentials and ascertain their readiness to be part of the N-power programme of the federal government.
Please note that the Federal Government is partnering with all states of the federation, through their governors and relevant state focal persons. As such, the respective list of successful applicants has been shared with the states that are now responsible for deploying the final volunteers that will be selected to their places of primary assignment from Tuesday, November 21st 2017.
The primary places of Assignment will be Primary schools (which can be secondary schools at times), Health Care centres and State Agricultural Development Projects (ADPs) within the Local Government Areas. The engagement date for all successful 2017 N-power Volunteers Corps members will be December 1st 2017.
WHEN WILL THE LIST OF SHORTLISTED APPLICANTS BE RELESASED?
All the successful applicants will be notified by SMS and E-mail from Sunday, November 19th 2017. From Tuesday, November 21st 2017. All successful applicants are required to go to www.npvn.npower.gov.ng where they are expected to log into their personal NPVC accounts and update their information as may be required.
This NPVC account will be the primary means of constant communication as well as learning management resources. Successful 2017 n-power Volunteers Corps member must provide valid bank account information for the purpose of monthly stipends.
Requirement of the 2017 N-Power Screening and verification stage
As the List of successful shortlisted applicants that were pre-selected for the 2017 N-Power Job Recruitment is been awaited, over 500,000 candidates will be pre-selected to undergo the screening stage where they will be require to pass through a physical verification stage. This stage is where pre-selected applicants will present self and document used during the online application for their registration.
This document s must be presented in the original form, as well as the photocopy of the documents. Thus all applicants are advices to appear in person for the physical verification exercise, failure to appear will lead to automatic disqualification of the applicants.
You are required to bring to the venue of the screening and physical verification the following documents, which must be done by the applicant(s) concerned. They include:
Two passports photography
First school leaving certificate (FSLC)
West African senior school certificate (WASSCE)
OND or HND qualification
Birth certificate or Age Declaration which applicants must be 35 years and below as of July 31st
Applicant State of Origin Letter
Applicants residential address stating the LGA he or she is residing.

Like I earlier told you, the list of Successfully Shortlisted Applicants for the 2017 N-Power Job Recruitment exercise is been awaited and applicants who wrote the examination are advised to visit the N-POWER website at www.npower.gov.ng to check their names with the cell phone number used during the online registration and their Bank Verification Number when the list is released.
